Welcome to our Web site.   We provide our members with a fun, convenient, comfortable environment where you will find all the support you need to meet your goals. The Curves Workout takes just 30 minutes and includes all the components needed for a complete exercise program: warm-up, cardiovascular, strength training, cool down, and stretching.  We are proud that Curves is a now a weight loss center especially designed for women featuring Curves Complete, the ONLY program that includes exercise, meal plans and coaching all in one place. We are very excited to have Jillian Michaels as part of the Curves family in 2014.
